Together with Monki and the Body Dysmorphic Disorder Foundation, we aimed to raise awareness about toxic beauty standards and the use of beauty-altering filters online. We collaborated with female AR artists to launch 100% unretouched filters that promoted real beauty. In an EU petition, we called for more transparency regarding altered images on social media.

Wait, what’s Body Dysmorphic Disorder?
That’s the thing, a lot of people don’t know. So let’s raise awareness around Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), a distressing psychological condition where a person becomes very preoccupied with one or more features in physical appearance. And with about 1 in 50 suffering from BDD today, this condition is largely overlooked and undiagnosed.
